Cubans make up a tiny minority of Hispanics and the rest of the Hispanics don't really like them. Rubio won't be much help there.

Rubio has RINO tendencies at times. He would not help us much with the Hispanic vote, other than in Florida.

I like Ryan, since he is the man we need to articulate the Economic message to the Public. And Ryan would shred Biden's brain in front of the whole country in the debates. In fact, the Democrats would cancel the VP debates if Ryan gets the pick.
