No one is suggesting non-smokers such as you, your children and I be made to inhale pot smoke in a closed room. You do not have to inhale second hand cigarette smoke (which by the way is carcinogenic and has statistics behind it), something much worse than pot smoke, (which, when pyrolyzed, probably is carcinogenic but has never been statistically supported, and if it is, it is likely far less potent a carcinogen than pyrolyzed tobacco.) So your argument doesn't hold up.
