Also, if a gun-owner/hunter/collector has 30 guns and wants to buy a new one, why should he wait 2 weeks? What’s the point? Also, increasing the penalties for using a gun in a crime to 10 years in a fed penitentiary, these mass-shooters will choose to shoot themselves when the deed is done. I only wish when they did, they would say, “I did this because of our govt.”
