What is missing here is the argument that if the fetus is still connected to the mother thru the umbilcal, the mother can abort it at will, at home or in a clinical setting if she prefers. That is the law. NO discussion.

OK-one more condition of amnesty: they must all keep a billable address to be accountable for taxes, legal infractions, and healthcare billing. As it is right now, mostly only single mothers keep an address to receive welfare, foodstamps, and ADFC, while the males run amok engaging in criminal activity and helping other single-mothers get thier start. It's like a machine with them and we [Ammerican tax-payer] pay dearly.
