Actually, Obama is supposed to be a leader. Reagan was a leader -- so were Winston Churchill, Margaret Thatcher, and to a lesser extent, George W. Bush. Great executives are great leaders too. Obama has no clue what it means to be a leader. I just got through watching several episodes of Bar Rescue and saw Obama in at least two of them. SpikeTV ought to try for a new series: America Rescue. We need an intervention.

The grotesque spectacle of the State of the Union address, with its lengthy receiving line of adoring sycophants, demonstrates why the President is operating under the delusion that he is more than just our President. Like him, many people seem to fundamentally misunderstand his role. He’s not our “leader,” or our “ruler,” or our national “daddy,” no matter what his adoring fan, comic Chris Rock, thinks.
