The Bogus Threat from Shariah Law

There have been at least 50 court cases in which there was a conflict between Sharia law and American state law. There is a website that lists these cases, but I don't know if links are allowed on townhall.. The website is spelled as one word: shariainamericancourts The danger from Islam is that it acts out its supremacist doctrine on many levels simultaneously, and that Islam has lots of time: literally centuries, to achieve its objectives. Muslim birth rates are higher than any Western country. 61-9: "He it is Who hath sent His messenger with the guidance and the religion of truth, that He may make it conqueror of all religion however much idolaters may be averse."

Links are okay on TH. I've used them many times to cite a reference.

So you're worried that a group that is less than 3% of America's population whose immigrants have to cross an ocean to get here will come to outnumber us when we have an ocean of Catholics next door who can walk here if we decide to let them in?

The goal of Islam is to Islamisize, to subjugate the entire world under Islamic law. In the UK, there are Sharia courts already. If you look at the Islamization of Europe, you will see that it is further advanced than in the United States (a preview of our future). Also, the difference with the Catholics is this: it is Islamic doctrine to fight the unbelievers and subjugate them under Islamic law (not so with Catholicism).

Dean, the time to take action to prevent more Muslims immigrating, which is to say "colonizing," the United States is now, when our disastrous immigration policy can be halted and its effects reversed. Do some research on what hapens to societies as they take in more Muslims. As the percentage of Muslims climbs, dissent, crime and then open violence sky-rocket. It has happened time after time in history. Most recently in Africa.

In the 19th century, Catholicism was regarded by many people in this country as thoroughly incompatible with Americanism. They saw it as a hostile foreign element that would subvert democracy. Today, a majority of the justices on the Supreme Court are Catholic, and they are taken to be as American as Mountain Dew.

We've come a long way in religious tolerance. Or maybe not. The belief that Catholics are irredeemably alien and disloyal has given way to the fear that Muslims pose a mortal threat to our way of life.

That distrust is behind a push in state legislatures...
