Don't think so. Even if the Supremes don't base their vote on ethics or morality, don't thnk they have lost their ability to embrace logic.
They wont vote to change the definition of marriage by including the homosexual agenda, else they or future courts will have to also endorse polygimists, incest, beastiality and other sexual deviancys.
