Umm, I already pay for my guns, ammo and accessories. I am not aware of any welfare program that will provide these to me for free. I pay a substantial fee for my concealed carry license. (It's a little funny that I have to pay for a license to exercise a Constitutional right. What next, I have to buy a "free speech permit" before I'm allowed to criticize the president? Should black people be required to pay for an "equal rights license" before they are entitled to the same rights as white people?) I pay for insurance on my firearms, based on their combined total value. So gun owners are already paying most of these things you say we ought to be paying. I guess the problem is already solved.
