“With all due respect, the fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest? Or was it because of guys out for a walk one night who decided they’d go kill some Americans? What difference, at this point, does it make” Clinton scolded Johnson, raising her voice. “It is our job to figure out what happened and do everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again, Senator.”

Actuall, Miss, it WAS her job to provide the requested (and needed) security in the first place in order to PREVENT incidents like this from happening. Clearly, Clinton is using the (oft-Obama method) of slaying the strawmen here. She is not answering the questions, rather she is twisting the question to allow her to use her talking points. Answer the questions asked. If she truly did not know whether the attack came from a protest, just guys walking down the street, etc., then why did she and the rest of the Administration continually blame a "protest against a vile movie" for the first several weeks. Either they were mis-directing the country's attention then, or they used extra-ordinarily poor judgement. THAT, my dear, is the issue.

UPDATE: During Clinton's testimony in front of the House Armed Services Committee Wednesday afternoon, Reps. Dana Rohrabacher, Matt Salmon and Mo Brooks mentioned the anti-Islam film originally blamed for the attack. Clinton danced around the subject by saying the investigation into what happened in Benghazi is ongoing. The best exchange was between Clinton and Brooks:

U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens sent multiple requests for more security to the State Department throughout 2012 and cited al Qaeda threats as a reason why it was needed. The extra security was never...
