It was low because they had full employment...5% is considered full employment (at least when I was in college). The jobs got created, people were working, and that was that...enough said!

Because people were leaving state in droves to find jobs elsewhere...you know the same stat you like to use against Obama..counting people that leave the workforce and not looking for jobs..apply the same concept to Romney in MA. The "Real" employment figures.
