Why does the assertion that men are responsible when they commit an act of rape bring the hysterical crybabies out of the woodwork? You guys are pathetic losers who are terrified of women.

Okay, I'll play. I don't expect you to have read every comment that I've made (despite your obvious stalker-like behavior) so I'll repeat myself. I've never claimed on men are rapists, on the contrary, I believe that some men are rapists, but that most are not. The argument that I've seen posted over and over and over again is that women are partly responsible if the fall victim to a rapist. What I am suggesting is that whenever someone makes this claim, they are essentially saying that rapists are normal, everyday good guys who are seduced into the act of rape as a response to the female victim. If this assertion is correct, that any man may be driven to rape based on how a female chooses to dress, then it's only fair to assume that...

Mother, you're conflating the issue of consensual sex with those that are not consensual. I fail to see the connection. If a woman gets drunk and passes out, is she still respinsible if an animal rapes her?

Ramon, I don't think that anyone in their right mind would assume that all accusations are legitimate. I'm merely trying to drive home the point that it's preposterous and intellectually dishonest to continue to discuss rape in the context of how women bear the burden for the sexual assaults against them while hysterically ignoring the obvious fact that the legal responsibility is on the man to avoid being a rapist.

Mom (or dad, which may be more appropriate) the name calling was directed at the person who was doing the same to me. I've made several attempts to have a conversation with you.
