I'm sure this is what the Constitutional Convention in 1787 dealt with as well.

"Emperical" evidence is not the only evidence out there. Take Conscience for instance. Nobody can emperically "prove" a conscience, yet we have it written into our laws, insurance policies, etc. Gravity is not emperically proven either, but we can see and even measure it's effects. Do not confuse "evidence" with "visible evidence."

Men turn to gods because there is an inherent search mechanism in the design of man to search out and find his Creator. The animal kingdom cannot do this, and neither do the plants. Without specific revelation from God or whatever gods are there, we cannot know who that God/Creator is or where specifically we came from. Luckily we have it. Men, however, reject it not because it doesn't make sense, but because they refuse to submit to the revealed God's authority. If God is not Creator, then He is not Judge and Soverign, and man is free to live however he wishes (or so he hopes). Darwin didn't even believe a lot of his theory, but stated numerous times in his own reflections that "I will rid myself of a personal God at any cost." In that respect, Scientists, Evolutionists and Humanists haven't really changed that much in 150+ years, even if their theory continues to amount to nothing.
Women in that picture are super excited to kill their children. Nice society we live in.
Tired of the U.N. coming to our country, kicking us in the nuts, and then asking us to foot their bill.
You're attempting to use the Natural to explain the SuperNatural. Let me put this succinctly: Supernatural >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Natural. As long as you stay in the "Naturalism" box, you will always be limiting your options. BTW, the Earth gives more scientific evidence for Creationism & Catastrophism (Deluge) than it does Evolution. I could list a host of them if I really thought you were interested...

Those who don't know the Executive Branch from a Pine Tree branch like the guy. The rest of us know much, much better. That's why he has to go for optics instead of substance.
This is a completely awesome point.
That can be both Government and Societal. While the intent is clearly not vigilante, being able to defend yourselves against meth-induced sociopaths like this certainly do qualify.
