Race Baiter in Chief

How unfortunate that a prominent, Harvard professor has, within a 24 hour period, created such division within our communities due to ignorance, arrogance and lack of common sense.

Henry Gates may well have come up during the civil rights movement, but dare I say- He obviously wasn't listening to ONE WORD Martin Luther King Jr. had to say about equal rights for ALL men. That would be BLACKS and WHITES! There is no "equality" in what you and the POTUS have done by creating racial discord across our nation.

Then again, when your good buddy, just so happens to do you a favor by "planting" a question about you and the "racist" cop conveniently less then 24 hours after the incident occurred, what can we really expect?...

Country a Mess? Blame the Church

Who needs God? WE ALL DO!! While attending the graduations of 2 of my children this year, one thing I noticed was the attention given to the various dignitaries, state government officials that were in attendance. Each one of them praised President Barack Obama's successful election, spoke of how wonderful the schools were. How great our city was, how far our children could go if they would just "apply" themselves. And of course, as always, ended their long drawn out pat on the backs with a quick "God Bless You." It's sad to see no mention of our Creator on a greater scale, but as Mr. Turek's article mentions, they've been taking God out of everything for years. It's our duty as Christian parents to raise our children up in the...

What if Palin Were President?

Mr. Harsanyi, GREAT JOB!!! Your article was dripping so heavily with sugary sweet sarcasm, I had to stop reading it for a moment as not to catch diabetes! I enjoyed it immensely! Now, if the current administration, as well as the Democratically controlled Congress could read a few more words other then Cap and Trade, Stimulous, borrow and spend, bailout, and czars, something good could possibly come out of Washington....LOL! JUST KIDDING!! What was I thinking?!
Congress men and women don't have to pay it back, like Michael Jackson- Just ask his creditors...

Thank you Miss Byrd for speaking the truth. Articles about Sarah Palin being a good and decent human being are hard to come by and have been since she first set foot on the campaign trail.

I can only imagine how difficult it would be to stand up in the face of such adversity and speak the truth about our corrupt government, on such a massive scale. She most certainly DOES speak for me and my family, as well as the majority of Americans today, which is why she has the most powerful men and women in Washington shaking in their boots.

To say she is lacking in experience, well, look who's in office now, a narcissistic, egotistical maniac/community organizer, that has done irrepairable damage to this country in just a...

Putting Liberals on the Couch

Yes, these liberal loons will eventually answer to our Heavenly Father, but I think they see themselves as invincible, immortal. If they truly believed they would have to answer to Him, they wouldn't be pulling half the nonsense that they do. They answer to no one but themselves, which is why this country is so out of whack. As far as I'm concerned, God allowed Obama to be elected into office to teach those who voted for him a true blue lesson. He knows those of us who put our faith in Him are just here to fight the good fight. We have no need to fear, his righteous ones will never beg bread. But those who are relying on man, (Obama)will continue to go without until they start dealing in the truth. As the saying goes: The truth...

Did You Get Obama's Email?

This weekend, our family will join millions of others in celebrating America. We will enjoy the glow of fireworks, the taste of barbeque, and the company of good friends. As we all celebrate this weekend, let's also remember the remarkable story that led to this day.

Two hundred and thirty-three years ago, our nation was born when a courageous group of patriots pledged their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to the proposition that all of us were created equal.

Our country began as a unique experiment in liberty -- a bold, evolving quest to achieve a more perfect union. And in every generation, another courageous group of patriots has taken us one step closer to fully realizing the dream our founders enshrined on that...

Below is the Gettysburg Address given by then President Abraham Lincoln- Notice the similarities between Obama's email and Lincoln's speech, scary stuff-

Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.

Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battle-field of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.

But, in a...
CAarchitect- Thank you and my sentiments exactly! Are people asking the "why's" when they're Congressmen and women introduce these bills? So many questions, so few answers. But that holds true with anything a Kennedy is involved in, so no surprise there. We just need to keep asking the "who's what's when's where's why's and how's" until we get a truthful answer, which leads me to....

deerhunter- Thank you for your intelligent, very well articulated reply to my questions. You are right on, and I appreciate you taking the time to respond honestly. We need to unite in our efforts to stop legislation that endangers our children and our quality of life. It just amazes me with everything else going on in this country that we have to...
