Ms. Carranza, Excellent article. I like the fact that you were able to build such a successful career. It shows that the mythical glass-ceiling no longer exists (if it ever did). I'm also happy to see that you're a conservative Hispanic. I don't mean that in a derogatory way, it's just that there are two things that frustrate me: 1. The MSM putting all Hispanics into the liberal shell. I have had so many Hispanic friends and co-workers throughout my life, and I'd say they tend about 95% conservative/GOP. 2. Too many "conservative" posters here on TH who will always go racist against when it comes to Hispanic columnists like you or Linda Chavez.

But small businesses and entrepreneurs are suffering in the Obama economy. And they're starving for new leadership in the White House that will give them the freedom they need to do what they do best: grow and hire more workers.
