Of course, the next day he would before his teleprompter, telling us what a tragedy it was, but zero tolerance means zero tolerance! Then he'd appoint Biden to committee that decides all babies must have their fingers amputated at birth to avoid another such event. As he would explain, a little kid could still point his/her big toe!

Show me any tangible drawback to telling your kids that on May 1st, they should go into class and do the finger pistol thing. I know you would not expect armed resistance from the "Authorities". The authorities would be frozen.
