The Misinformed Case for Voter ID

Boo hoo. None of these reasons make a damn to me. The number of people in these unique situations is far overshadowed by number of fake and repeat voters. And besides, I can see ways a state government could help people in these cases vote without allowing fraud to take place.
So... if I throw a Molotov cocktail into a house and the people inside die of smoke inhalation - I have NOT murdered them. Got it.
Leftism is a religion and Abortion is its sacrament. It's most cherished ceremony is a human sacrifice to the gods of convenience.
Serious question: Do women have IUDs put in immediately after having an abortion? Is that common? I really don't know.
Got it- Swornia D. Thomas
These guys put out the video of themselves acting like jerks and they're proud of it! They think it makes them look awesome! They think they're heroes for acting like d-bags. Really. See for yourself: Not only that but after a little research I discovered Nigel Jaquiss, the 'Easter Bunny' question guy, won a Pulitzer in 2005! I guess 'Pulitzer prize winning journalist' doesn't mean very much nowadays, does it?

The Common Core Conundrum

When I look at my son's math homework the thing I say most is, "What the hell is this?" He's in the second grade. There are always word problems containing words he's never heard. (Vertices? He's still learning to spell. The word corners just wasn't good enough?) There are terms that make no sense. Everything is obfuscation and trickery. Why can't they just ask a simple question? He's still working on the basics and they're trying to play word games. The problems contain words he doesn't understand or can't read yet. We can't show him the correct way to do things because that won't give the answer they want. They want him to understand the new way, not my old way. If he doesn't do it the way they want it's not right. Can't just add and subtract and multiply. No, he has to drawn some pictures and maybe a little grid or something.
Mitch McConnell always reminds me of an old turkey. In that picture he looks like a old gobbler holding up a stick with one wing.
Barack Obama is about as intimidating to Vladamir Putin as a waiter at The Olive Garden. Sir? There's no smoking, sir!

Political Correctness Watch- "American "liberals" often deny being Leftists and say that they are very different from the Communist rulers of other countries. The only real difference, however, is how much power they have. In America, their power is limited by democracy. To see what they WOULD be like with more power, look at where they ARE already very powerful: in America's educational system -- particularly in the universities and colleges. They show there the same respect for free-speech and political diversity that Stalin did: None. So look to the colleges to see what the whole country would be like if "liberals" had their way. It would be a dictatorship."
3 packs a day? Holy smokes. That's a lot of cigarettes. I don't care who you are.
