1) Govt not allowed to get involved in religious matters per constitution. 2) Not all religions are anti gay.

Such a rule would seem to be unconstitutional. The gov't can't discriminate against religion.
Just to be clear, the harm you describe is due to the laws, not the drug.
The only argument seems to be a religious one, but since govt can't dictate religion, there isn't really any argument if seems....
Limbaugh is correct, there are millions of believers. But not everyone is. Therefore the govt can't make laws that infringe on all the other religions.

Not everone is follows Christian faith. What about other religions? Shouldnt they be able to have religious freedom? Is it the goverments job to choose which religious practice to follow?
