Mr. Hill, though I applaud the thinking that went into this column, you did not get your facts straight. I think your credibility suffers when you point a finger at someone, Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, who is Health and Human Services Secretary and mistake her for Secretary Shaun Donovan, who is running HUD.
