"There's lies, damn lies, and statistics" (or something like that). Picking selective stats without context or comparison is meaningless and being used to distort her credentials. Check Sotomayor's record of how many cases she ruled on, how many of them were appealed to the SC, how many of them were accepted by the SC, then how many of them were overturned. And how does her overall record compare to her current peers and the current SC justices? And note her record of 8 to 1 deciding against discrimination claims. Keep in mind too that she's got a lot of 'at bats'.
