Cut the Power of the Family Courts

Allen, forgive me for being presumptuous, but I would suspect that you yourself are a Guardian ad Litem or Psychologist yourself (?) I respect your defense of what I suspect is your industry, but doubt your sincerity. If I am wrong, I humbly apologize, however, I feel that Ms. Schlafly has succinctly and accurately described the degradation of the family courts.

The family court systems are riddled with parasites of all shapes and size. They have been given far-reaching authority to the detriment of our families and children.

To pretend that fees, sometimes in excess of $3,000.00 per day, are not motivating is the real naïveté, sir.
