Way back when I started school, there was a fast class, a medium class, and a slow class. I started medium, and after a year where I missed 1/3 of the school days due to raging tonsillitis, I moved to the fast class. See, performance meant more than attendance. I think the reason that the Gulf is the least offensive alternative for drilling is that not many environmentalists vacate on the Redneck Riviera. After all, the Mississippi dumps into the Gulf, and there is a history of industry, commercial fishing, and the like.
