The state of California has seen fit to require that I wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle (even if I have Insurance) with the justification that if I recieve a head injury while riding, the state shouldn't be responsible for my medical care. Why then aren't they able to require Homosexuals not saddle me with their Medical costs brought on by their prolific sex???
