The GOP -- Not a Club For Christians

Unfortunately, television and schools have been promoting a materialist worldview for generations now as far back as Sagan's Cosmos series and Inherit the wind with depictions of a materialistic universe and Christians as close minded crackpots. It needs to be done with Truth presented one on one and with boycotting those things that present memes that denigrate Christian worldview or espouse only the extrinsic value of humans (ACA, Planned Parenthood)

Since a Christian cannot get interviewed by mass media, they are not allowed to be mentioned in school and our government has pretty much let the courts silence Christians exactly WHICH Christians are you referring to as saying all this?

EXACTLY. YOU are touting what the media says ABOUT Christians, while insisting that they have no venue to speak up as they are silenced, sued, and generally treated as second class bigots, soon to be criminalized.

Crackpots are you and Dean

Gee, with Christians opposing evolution, global warming and (apparently) astronomy, as well as describing prochoicers as mass murderers, where on earth do people get the idea that you are closed-minded crackpots?

In other words, the problem the GOP has with attracting nonChristians is that Christianity hasn't been pushed hard enough.

In the scramble to make the GOP more diverse, a lot of people are looking at Asian Americans, whom many believe are a natural constituency for the party. I would love it if Asian Americans converted en masse to the Republican Party, but the challenge for Republicans is harder than many appreciate.

President Obama did spectacularly well with Asian Americans, garnering nearly three-quarters of their vote. This runs counter to a lot of conventional wisdom on both the left and the right. On average, Asian American family income is higher and poverty is lower than it is for non-Latino whites....
