At least one of those states talking about prosecuting the two film makers should think twice before proceeding. Maryland elected not to go after Linda Tripp after she violated state law when taping Monica Lewinsky! This will be interesting, since the left is trying to draw everyone's attention away from the basics of this exercise, viz., ACORN was exposed and that doesn't sit well with the left.
