One will be able to make a vast amount of money arranging abortions in other States for Texas women. Even if it is illegal, you can still facilitate that illegal abortion elsewhere without worrying about being prosecuted. You an advertise, book travel, and finance that illegal abortion. And if law enforcement tries to intervene, you still can't be prosecuted. Basically, women with money can fly to Nevada or California. And that's exactly what Conservatives want. As long as a woman can pay to leave the State, they are OK with abortions happening in another State. That is the ENTIRE purpose and the beauty of Federalism!!!

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — After a one-woman filibuster and a raucous crowd helped derail a GOP-led effort to restrict Texas abortions, Gov. Rick Perry announced Wednesday that he's calling lawmakers back next week to try again.
