I would bet the farm and my retirement that the important docs where committed to the "memory hole" .. Filtering them out is why it took them so long (2 weeks longer than the absolute deadline imposed by the judge) to cough up the "appropriately sanitized" version of this disgusting story.

well said.
Speaking of faces, I wonder why she doesn't get a good plastic surgeon to fix that spot on the face of narcissism.
"Before I commence this ceremony as unconstitutionally required of me by law, I plead with you one last time to forgo this act which will condemn you for eternity and I beg you to pray instead for forgiveness, healing from your affliction, and peace. Amen. "
I wonder how the woman found out he was carrying in the first place?
I agree that the fellow should get him a king sized Ruger Redhawk in 44 mag with a 7.5 inch barrel and open carry it in a "cowboy" rig in front of her house daily.
Abortion Barbie is looking pretty "rode hard and put up wet" for a 50 year old in that pic. I believe she knows the Texas election is lost. Now she is actually running for a seat in the Hillary Clinton '16 cabinet... Probably successor to Sebelius/Burwell.
Interesting that Dumocrat Patty Murray who Anne Coulter correctly characterized as the dumbest person in the Senate initially campaigned as a "mom in tennis shoes".
Even in the event that the repubs took the senate they won't have the 60 votes needed to end debate on repeal legislation. And even if they were to use the nuclear option and change senate rule (like Dingy Harry did on judicial confirmations) Obama would simply veto any such legislation and there is no way his veto could be overridden since that requires a 67% vote. So the bottom line is nothing can be done to Obamacare until if and when the Repubs control House, Senate, AND Presidency.
Detroit is not an anomaly, it is the "canary in the mine". It shows where we all are headed.

Firing for cause has been a losing proposition for years. A company as large as DISH should have a more or less annual RIF "due to market conditions" and lose the druggies and the slackers that way. I do sympathize with this fellow..
