The original story came from 'The Blaze', take your left wing blinders off and you would see that in the first paragraph. You seem to forget, it's Larry Flynt who puts up $1,000,000 every year if someone will come forward with dirt on a Republican, YES, it is a leftist rag.
While I agree with your conclusion, I only have two choices, the socialist or Romney, I'm voting for Romney. I pray some day, the conservatives will have another president, but it won't be on this trip.

Yes, top down economics. There should be some regulations, but the government is way too involved in on trying to shape the economy.

For wanting to have some mushy type of government between socialism and capitalism, you seem awful black and white in your anaylsis. Cronie capitalists are not 'all about capitalism', and ll businesses didn't support the bailouts, only the cronie capitalist ones did. On that subject, when you want to government to put your competition out of business for you, that's not capitalism. Your point is comparing the socialist and cronie capitalist, with that I agree, but not lumping real capitalist in to the same pile of do do.

Not a socialist in the same vein as Obama, but certainly not a pure Capitalist. He's the kind of guy that drives the Conservative from the Republican Party. I voted for him, because it was either him or the far left guy. The lesser of two bad choices.

The same thing they did when President Reagan cut taxes, they will spend more.

Khalon5, you're correct, there should not have been bailouts, that fact alone shows that it wasn't Capitalism at work, that was socialism. Just because GW Bush was a Republican doesn't mean he was a conservative or capitallist.
