As a Mormon I know that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. We believe He is who He said he is. He is Jehovah, the Messiah, the creator of heaven and earth, the Redeemer, the Savior of the world. When asked about his beliefs in Christ, Mitt Romney stated that he believes that Christ is his personal redeemer.

Christ's sacrifice is sufficient for our salvation, says it all. We are sinners and we sin daily. We can never prove ourselves to be worthy. That is why Christ had to pay for our sins. We accept that Jesus Christ is the only way to God's forgiveness and the only way to enter into His Kingdom. The Bible is The Word of God. We are instructed to neither add too or take away Scripture. I caution anyone to be careful about a living prophet, the Pope, and even Dr. Graham. These are all people and people sin. Stay focussed on the One without sin,Jesus Christ. What I am trying to say is Jesus doesn't share His Glory and no one should try to take His place or share in what He accomplished. The only one that can be elevated above other men is Jesus.

Christi's sacrifice is sufficient for our salvation. However. We must prove our acceptance of his life, teachings, and sacrifice through our obedience to his commandments. It is not enough to say we believe we must prove to ourselves by our works that we believe Christ, and accept his atoning sacrifice.

I am neither misleading people, nor am I ignorant of my own religion. I admit that the teachings of my religion differ from most other Christian religions. The meaning of words changes over time. Ever try to read Shakespeare without a modern translation? Shakespeare lived only 400 years ago, Christ lived 2000 years ago and spoke a different language. I believe that the Mormon interpretation of the bible is the only accurate one, we have an additional book of ancient scripture (The Book of Mormon) that was translated into English less than 200 years ago that clarifies the teachings do the bible. We also have a living prophet that continues to receive revelation. I believe that the Christ I worship is the same one you do.

You are clearly either willfully misleading people or are genuinely ignorant of the doctrine of your own religion. While Mormonism uses many of the same words as true Christianity (much like the Jehovah's Witnesses), they've changed the meaning of the words. Here are just a few samples of heretical/blasphemous official doctrines held by Mormonism:

- Jesus is a creation who was begotten in heaven as one of God’s spirit children
- Jesus is the spirit brother of Satan
- Jesus is one of many gods
- Jesus' sacrifice is insufficient for our salvation, we must add our works to earn forgiveness of sin

That is NOT the same Jesus Christ of the Bible.

Is Billy Graham getting political? That’s what some are wondering with the release of a statement from the man who is arguably the best known evangelist in the world:

I believe it is vitally important that we cast our ballots for candidates who base their decisions on biblical principles and support the nation of Israel. I urge you to vote for those who support the sanctity of life and support the biblical definition of marriage between a man and a woman. Vote for biblical values this November 6, and pray with me that America will remain one nation under God.
