Bill Kristol: Tea Partiers Won't Mind More Taxes

People like Kristol are part of the problem - which, I suppose, is why he continues to have a job as a talking head; they aren't hired because they're intelligent or have solutions, but because they help perpetuate the status quo, if not outright help push us leftward. Even the 'conservative' ones for the most part don't get it. Karl Rove has effectively helped get Obama elected twice now, making a fortune in the process. One wonders if he didn't intend for it to work out that way rather than it be a happy coincidence.

I don't have any illusions regarding Rove, he is a sabateur, he is the one who advised Bush and even though he lost me with Amnesty and his refusal to seal the border in a time of war, I believe Rove had a hand in this mess that got us the illega looter.

The best I can say is that neither cared who won. The worst I can say is that they rejoiced privately at Obama's re-election.

DITTOS A perfect excuse to purge the party of those stupid Tea Party people and conservatives. They don't need no steenkin conservative constitutiionalists.

Both Kristol and Rove are part of the GOP Establishment...

Bill Kristol just doesn't get the Tea Party and apparently, doesn't understand the Obama tax hike proposal on those making more than $250,000 per year. Last week, Kristol said "it wouldn't kill the country" if we raised taxes on millionaires and yesterday on Fox News Sunday, he said the Tea Party wouldn't mind a tax increase on millionaires, either.

Kristol: A lot of the Tea Party guys don’t care too much if a few millionaires pay couple percent more in taxes, honestly.
