RE: "Clinton can also be heard laughing at several points when discussing the crime lab’s accidental destruction of DNA evidence that tied Taylor to the crime.” That raucous cackle about things not really funny will hopefully give voters pause in 2016.
I'm waiting for a teenage computer geek, working out of his parents' basement, to retrieve and publish the emails.

Approximately 360,000 Union soldiers died, in battle and from disease, in the war to free the slaves. Should their descendants be required to pay reparations?

This is slightly off topic, but can anyone help with identifying that woman sitting behind Lois Learner's right shoulder while she was "testifying" before congress? The incredulous expressions on her face were priceless.

RE: " All the missing IRS emails are required by law to have been preserved." Required by law? You seem to have forgotten that Obama is above the law.

Any hacker worth his salt knows that Learner’s emails are retrievable. PREDICTION: The emails will be retrieved and published by some kid working out of his parents’ basement. What is truly amazing is the administration’s apparent belief that they could get away with this.
I like Darrell Issa a lot, but he'll never take Holder down. Holder knows that all he has to do is lie, stonewall or outright refuse to cooperate. He has already been charged with Contempt of Congress. So what? I haven't seen any handcuffs, shackles or a perp march in an orange jumpsuit, have you?
RE: "And BTW: Who should be Attorney General in the next administration? I think that's going to be an important consideration." I'm sure Hillary will hold Holder over if he wants the job. (lol)
"Who knew that liberal utopia looked so much like Chicago?" Actually more like Mussolini's Italy. Chicago makes the trains and busses run on time; the garbage gets promptly picked up; snow is immediately plowed from the streets.

Progressives and the Unnecessary Lie

As suggested by others, what is worse than the lies is the failure of a fawning media to point them out, thereby becoming accessories to the lie by default.

Yeah, Nixon lost 17 minutes of tape recordings and it was a Front Page Story and leading the nightly news for weeks. But Lois Lerner loses two years of emails and all we hear is crickets chirping.
