This has been discussed before, but we're hanging by a one-vote thread on the supreme court. We'd better get ready for a "Plan-B" when Obama appoints (as he surely will) at least two (possibly more) liberals to the bench. No, they can't overturn the second amendment, but they can re-interpret it. I know a number of gun owners who voted for Obama. What the hell were they thinking?

michigander, We can only hope that none of the conservative justices decides to retire or dies before Obama leaves office. If he replaces Ginsburg or another liberal justice it will be a zero sum gain.

Since NBC sportscaster Bob Costas went on his halftime anti-gun rant on Sunday using words written by Fox Sports Columnist Jason Whitlock, we’ve heard a lot from the media and from uniformed commentators about America’s “gun culture.” The fact is, America actually has two gun cultures and it is important to distinguish them from one another.
