when a person uses their head, to guide their hands, in order to feed their mouths, it can be amazing what a person could achieve for themselves and others. 20 months of Obama's Presidency cost over 8 billion in Stimulus money and still growing with no result except a worse condition with the economy than when Obama received it in 2008.

I am glad he did add the economy in with his speech because he know owns the economy and Iraq's end to combat. When a country with no government goes into chaos ripe for a hostile takeover, Obama will not be able to hide from his mistake with both.

Obama has taken credit for removing troops from a country with no government in place. What ever happens from this point belongs to him. A country with no government in place is just ripe for a hostile take over and increased violence with no troop help to keep the country stable.
