A great call to action, Dennis. It's essential that the conservative voice "declare war" - a war to save America - and to create (at least a version of)specific actions that every citizen can adopt and implement. The statement by the Irish philosopher Edmund Burke over 200 years ago is an operative truth for our country today -- "But what is liberty without wisdom, and without virtue? It is the greatest of all possible evils; for it is folly, vice, and madness, without tuition or restraint." We have such a government today and if we truly care we will act! Repeal it!

Mr. Krauthammer - I appreciate your dignified analysis of the attempted "re-making" of America by teh current administration. My great concern is not the arrogance of the president and much of congress to almost completely dismiss the wishes and good sense of the majority of Americans - but that we "dodos" will submit to being boiled like the proverbial frog instead of "jumping out of the water." Please keep writing... your voice is so needed for such a time as this...Brave men and women - citizens all - need to take a stand or risk losing the American Freedom which has been our heritage...
