While I disagree with TSA, to the point of avoid air travel where ever possible, and while I wish everyone would 'opt out' to make things difficult and force the fed to re-evaluate the situation, as it was explained to me it is not a violation of our Fourth Amendment rights.
We are traveling by choice, we entered into a contract with the airline, the airline requires we comply with TSA in order to fly. We can choose not to engage in travel with airlines that require we submit to searches, that just eliminates the most convenient mode of transportation. Since we're not obligated to fly, we're effectively contractually waiving our Fourth Amendment rights when we purchase an airline ticket.
The TSA is effectively an unconstitutional, carcinogenic petting zoo. Deep down, we all feel that the airport security system is an FDA-approved rubdown and radiation parlor. But we are busy, rushing to catch flights, and we tell ourselves it is for our “safety.” So, like sheep, we comply.
Unconstitutional
The TSA security process is in violation of the law of the land, specifically the Fourth Amendment: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue,...

THAT'S the point...
It's not that difficult.
Just a bunch of strong arm thugs selling "Protection" that isn't even effective.
