While I disagree with TSA, to the point of avoid air travel where ever possible, and while I wish everyone would 'opt out' to make things difficult and force the fed to re-evaluate the situation, as it was explained to me it is not a violation of our Fourth Amendment rights. We are traveling by choice, we entered into a contract with the airline, the airline requires we comply with TSA in order to fly. We can choose not to engage in travel with airlines that require we submit to searches, that just eliminates the most convenient mode of transportation. Since we're not obligated to fly, we're effectively contractually waiving our Fourth Amendment rights when we purchase an airline ticket.

An "Agreement" that is one sided and forced upon the public is NOT a valid "contract" or agreement; especially when it restricts ones right to travel and has more force than is justified on one side. This was ruled on by MANY courts as being an "INVALID" agreement and NOT enforceable.

Almost: The problem is, NOT EVEN the TSA has the authority to violate our 4th Amend rights.

THAT'S the point...

You agree to security procedures by buying the ticket. That's the point you simply refuse to understand. If this is not to your liking, then walk.

Hey Bubbaloser... what part of NOT EVEN the TSA has the authority to violate our 4th Amend rights, can't you comprehend???

It's not that difficult.

The point appears to be on the top of your head. No one is forcing you to fly. If you do, these are the security procedures and it says so on your ticket, the contract you made with your carrier. How odl are you? DOn't you GET IT?

Troll, that's the whole point, they are FORCING you to walk to avoid an ILLEGAL, Unconstitutional agreement and occurrence.
Just a bunch of strong arm thugs selling "Protection" that isn't even effective.

A liberal ignorant donkey troll loses and resorts to name calling as a last resort. It suffers from Recto-Cranial Insertion and has a head full of bovine excrement.

You seem INCAPABLE of "getting it" You must be a victim of brain washing when in school. What a shame; now your head functions as a toilet.
The TSA is effectively an unconstitutional, carcinogenic petting zoo. Deep down, we all feel that the airport security system is an FDA-approved rubdown and radiation parlor. But we are busy, rushing to catch flights, and we tell ourselves it is for our “safety.” So, like sheep, we comply.

Unconstitutional

The TSA security process is in violation of the law of the land, specifically the Fourth Amendment: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue,...
