Flexibility for what? Russia does not give a damn about Obama and they are playing him exactly the way they want. They will push him around again in the future when it becomes necessary for them. And it would appear North Korea doesn't care about his flexibility either. Finally, the aggressors in the Middle East, I would say the dead ambassador sums up their position to Obama's might.
