actually, I can. For two reasons. One, in this country, you are still innocent until proven guilty, and so far, no evidence what so ever.

Secondly, for someone to actually have the information to give Reid means laws were broken, as no one but Mitt, his accountant, and the IRS would have the information to give Reid.

Until Romney releases his returns, nobody can make any claims against what Reid correctly stated.
