Stopping Obamacare in the House

The problem that Pelosi, Reid and Obama have is that they miss one essential point: there is no RIGHT to health care. Period. The Constitution grants a right to have an attorney because one's liberty cannot be taken from them without due process of law, but there has NEVER been a "right" to health care. Moreover, the "right" to counsel has been limited to only criminal cases or to cases where a fundamental right, recognized by all, is in jeopardy, i.e. a parent's right to be represented in a case involving their children. In all other cases, one is entitled to whatever justice they can afford. Similarly, one is entitled to all the health care they can afford. Personally, I would prefer to have a doctor who provides his services to...
