Why, when someone uses common sense or reason are certain people so quick to point out that the reasoning is too "simplistic?" Might it not be true that most problems are caused by those who are "sophisticated" in their "sophistry?" Maybe the sophisticated are mere sophomores. Common sense ... it makes sense.
Intellectualism has become so sophisticated that it is unpredictable and thereby dangerous. At least greed (the root of fraud) is fairly predictable and can therefore be regulated - simply.
