Eric Holder will not use the term "Radical Islamic Terrorist" when describing the Times Square Bomber only using the term “Terrorist”. If we allow a change in the Miranda laws for American Citizens on the pretext that they are “Terrorist” we allow for anyone that the Current Administration defines as “Terrorist” to not be afforded their constitutional rights. The Current Administration has already determined that any group that is right of center to be considered "Home grown terrorist".
