I liked the part where medical equiment suppliers have to pay a special tax on everything sold. NOT! so the government has to purchase artificial limbs etc. for our wounded soldiers and has to pay a tax it imposed upon itself at a time when the budget needs to be carefully managed. This is the definition of insanity.
