Is it me or are the Christians just getting whinier and whinier, looking for every slight to make it a national story and cast themselves as victims? Isn't that something the Right has contempt for, victocrats who cry foul at every tiny thing? Now there are so many organizations you can run to that will sue on your behalf and give you national publicity, anytime a Christian isn't given exactly what they want, or a Christian's co-worker gets contraception, we have to hear about it like they are being thrown to the lions.

Gee, I wonder if they were reading Saul Alinsky, the Davinci Code, or any other athiest/marxist propaganda if they would be asked to stop? Rhetorical question, of course. The point here, Michael, is that Christians peacefully reading from the Bible is being treated very similar to the way african Americans were treated for decades. The irony is that most colleges pride themselves on freedom of speech, thought, and are accepting of all cultures/races/religions/etc. Case after case of recent events prove tragically otherwise....if the speech includes anything based on conservatism or Christianity.

In the privacy of their dorm room. That's the first sentence of the article, do you know how to read?

Kinda goes along with being a bigot, I reckon

Officials at a Florida college ordered a group of students to shut down a Bible study they were holding in the privacy of a dorm room – because it violated the rules.

The incident occurred at Rollins College in the midst of a campus battle over whether religious groups that require their leaders to follow specific religious beliefs are violating the school’s non-discrimination policies.

Four students affiliated with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship were holding an informal Bible study in the common area of a dorm suite. Midway through the study, a resident hall assistant entered the room and asked the student leading...
