Your description of Muhammad Ali solely based on his war and religious views is disgusting. Muhammad Ali grew up during real black oppression and Vietnam to put your comment in context. Muhammad Ali's total legacy is what warranted the honor.
The deficits were going to increase due to the sluggish economy regardless but they could have been half a trillion lower per year if the spending had been kept at 2008 levels (before TARP and the Stimulus bill) Also unlike a family that has to adjust their spending habits when revenue is less the Government not only kept spending at the high 2009 levels (which was 800 billion more than 2007) and should have passed a budget that matched revenue (which is 100% the Senate Democrats fault since they have controlled the Senate since 2006) I truly hope Romney is our next POTUS but it's equally important we hold him and Republicans feet to the fire and get our Government to a more responsible size that we can easily afford.
He isn't wrong to say his spending increases is the lowest it's been in 60 years because since 2009 spending has only gone up less than 2%.since 2009 The problem with his statement is that the 2009 spending level was abnormally high because of TARP and the Stimulus bill from the 2.7 trillion in 2007 (before TARP) to the 3.5 trillion when TARP and the Stimulus bill was factored in for 2008 & 2009. The main problem is that spending didn't go back to 2.7 trillion or even 3 trillion (adjusted for normal Government increases) in 2010 after TARP and the Stimulus bill which it should have. The Government kept the spending at 3.5 trillion in 2010, spend 3.6 trillion in 2011 and is projected to spend 3.8 trillion in 2012

So when employment averaged 5.2% during the 8 years Bush was president we didn't have the same automation? Free trade was also prevalent during that time. Bush also had to deal with 9/11, Hurricane Katrina, two major wars. Yes the Fannie and Freddie Fiasco caused the whole financial indutry meltdown for Obama but Alan Greenspan, Bush, and McCain tried to warn about Fannie and Freddie years before their meltdown, but Dems voted down any reform. States ran by liberals are hugely in debt, heavily union supported, and tax the hell out of their constituents. States ran by conservatives are within budget with little to no debt, low taxes, and "right to work" so workers can "choose" to join a union if they want to but are not forced.
So true, half my family and about 95% of my favorite actors are bleeding heart liberals and while we disagree on how Government should operate I love my family and very much enjoy the actors I watch.
Either it will not or they will endlessly praise "the one" for continuing in our forefathers footsteps and advancing liberal causes.
Obama himself has omitted to past illegal drug use and STILL is president. The difference is he is a liberal and the media will denigrate anybody who dares speak against him. We could have video of him engaged in gay sex while burning kittens and slapping nuns and it wouldn't matter O_o

So true and transparent, especially the ones that keep advocating for Ron to run 3rd party as an "independent" knowing full well he would never get more than 5% of the vote and that will guarantee another 4 years for Obama.
