It's like he's lived my life with BofA for the last year. This bank is quite incredible in its practices and customer interactions. I have had calm conversations, screaming matches, spoken to managers of managers of managers, emailed, lettered, received calls, all with no progress towards the goal of rewarding the good customer that I am. All I was asking for was a lower interest rate, but they've tested the bounds of my sanity.
