Ignoring American History

Don't ignore ALL of History. How many students study the Rise and fall of the Roman Empire? Very few. that is relagated to middle school, where you are spending all your time ignoring how to do math and reading. Thus your teacher doesn't have time to really teach history. If they do teach a few weeks of it, it has been so washed out that all that is learned is irrelevant to today.

In times of trouble, I always look to those wiser and stronger then I for guidance.  I look to those who, when faced with hardship, found a way to overcome.

Benjamin Franklin- “They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

Patrick Henry- “I know not what course others may take, but as for me, give me liberty, or give me death!
