Jaybird! Let me enlighten you just a tad! FIRST, IF that female was NOT capable of swinging that turret gun around then she would not have been put in that position! Second, SHE has passed basic, and additonal training that has build up a good bit of muscle power that a regular female on your construction crew would not have! Your const. crew are just normal every day people! Not a military trained female! I have an acquaintance, female, that has more muscles than most men I've been around and even at an older age she can pickup and toss, work constrution and is busy rehabbing houses (SHE is doing the work). Women have WON power lifting events OVER men! They can do what they need to do with the proper training needed.
