In England they managed to defrock all citizens from their guns. Now, only Scotland Yard and special coppers have guns but the 'Bobby' on the street does not unless its special circumstances. Their crime has QUADRUPLED in that short time - now, people are killing people using knives - BELIEVE IT OR NOT I have an article from the U.K. where they are considering banning knives! I mean, how danged ignorant can you get? There,ONLY the CROOKS have weapons - the Bobbie's get police whistles! Aint that a hoot?

Bobbys have always been unarmed. What is the homicide rate? Less than one tenth of the US rate.If you want to live without guns-England is the place. If you prefer violence-stay in the USA. one of the most violent countries on earth. Soon everyone will be packing a six gun or worse.
Who isn't sickened by the moral decay and heinous acts of violence across our country? My heart and prayers continue to go out to victims everywhere.
