This is hilarious. We now have Democrats demanding that the US make a military strike on Syria. Will we see a parade of the "top" Dems giving speech after speech about Assad's misdeeds much as we saw some of those same Dems supporting Pres. Bush's assertions that Saddam Hussein was an evil guy? Those same Dems later condemned Bush when no WMDs were uncovered in Iraq. There IS NO national security interest for us in Syria. Let the Syrian civil war play out without our "help". Hopefully, the Saudis and Russians will step in to help crush the Al Qaeda faction there. The US should stay the Hell out of the situation.
