Primarily a liberal is a person whose income.profit or entitlement comes from the taxpayers. The conservative is one whose income or profits come from the private sector. these groups have some overlap, like circles on a venn diagram, but the crisis is the battle between the feudal lordTax takers and the productive peasants of Tax Payers.liberalism is just another form of feudalism

Not exactly. While it is certainly true that many people whose income comes from gov't are lefties, it is not always true: think of those in the military, for example, where many lean quite far to the right.

And the lefties that did in Detroit were at first primarily in the private sector: UAW members who priced themselves (and the Detroit auto industry) out of the market.

And once the golden goose is cooked, then what? Oh who cares, that's for the next generation to solve. Pretty sick attitude if you ask me. What these politicians need to realize that they will soon be old and will expect a Great America to take care of them in their old age. However, that Great America won't exist thanks to their greedy handling of their responsibilities when they had them. Tis a noble and honerable position to be responsible for the leadership of a great nation. Too bad we no longer have noble or honerable leaders!

Michigan’s Rick Snyder has appointed an emergency city manager to do for Detroit what Obama, Biden, the UAW, GM, Chrysler, the city’s council and mayor have not been able to even with a $80 billion bailout of the automotive industry.

“Snyder’s decision comes after a state review team report concluded last week that Detroit is in a financial...
