I'll go along with Zealous. Each person must take training and pass a proficiency test to own and operate ANY kind of gun regardless of power, size or scary appearance. I just finished my refresher and passed so I can now get an AR15 according to ZC. IF I want to take it off my property then and ONLY then would I be subject to other laws. Like cars.
