Since you mention the fact that Article 1 Section 7 of the Constitution requires all tax bills to originate in the House of Representatives, isn't the tax as declared by Roberts an unconstitutional tax since the Health Care Act originated in the Senate?
He rule it a tax. He should have then ruled it an unconstitutional tax because the act didn't originate in the House as required by Article 1 Section 7.
